Losing performance

I have see benchmarks with the same specs i have and I can't reach that, like this video, i was having about 50 fps with the lowest settings. I don't have fotos

 

OS: Windows 10 pro build 1607

Processor: AMD FX - 6300

Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A - DS3P

RAM: FuryX DDR3 8Gb 1600

PSU: Tacens Mars MP700 700w

Graphics: MSI AMD Radeon R7 370

BIOS version: 04.06.05

 

Knowing my pc has that potencial, i want to use it. (sorry for my bad english).

for windows i have 2 monitors 1920x180 both

unplug one and try to run bf1 on one monitor. i know it sounds weird but it might be a glitch. 

run an antivirus for your computer to make sure.

what cooler are you using?

Other then a processer bottle neck (only done any thing with the fx8350) i cant think of any

i tried that to but nothing, when i installed bf1 beta I recently format my hard drive (i don't have it but i have mirror's edge catalyst and uses the same engine and i have the same performance), i have the factory cooler.

cpu might be throttling get HW monitor

can't really see the gpu usage but it seems like a software problem. if you can reinstalling windows or reinstalling drivers might help.
