Broken G750JZ screen, replacement fit?

Found a screen that specifically says "G750JZ" on amazon US with an image identical to one I found on amazon UK, so ended up buying that.

Hello, I just broke my Asus G750JZ screen after falling on some ice. The screen area seems to be intact and the computer works just fine with external monitors. I want to replace it, so I've been looking at this one, can anyone tell me whether or not it'll fit?
It's the same size and I'm assuming that the older G750 models use the same screen because they physically look the same on the outside at least.

I doubt anyone will be 100% sure, you could try contacting Asus support and asking them?
