Logitech, don't buy razer mice depending on the mouse you get it could have a good sensor but other then that the build quality is usually quite bad, they tend to break down faster then other brands.

oh and also i may build a Gaming pc in place of a laptop. So i will have a budget of 1200. Can anyone tell me the best thing for this built under that budget?

I think people give razer a hard rap for their build quality, I would still say logitech has better build quality but I don't think razers is bad. The G900 has a better sensor and perfect wireless technology, something the mamba does not have. Its also a lighter mouse 107g which is an impressive weight considering its wireless and its feature set
