-Get a better power supply. The NEX/G1 is incredibly mediocre due to its crappy voltage regulation which isn't good for the VRMs of your GPU and motherboard. The EVGA G2 series would be a good alternative.

-Isn't that specific Gigabyte motherboard extremely expensive? That money could be put somewhere else like getting a i7 6700K instead. If it's not, disregard this comment.

-Change out the CPU cooler to one of these choices - Cryorig M9i, Cryorig H7 or the beQuiet! PURE ROCK.

-Since that's a FreeSync monitor, I'm going to say that you should hold out for AMD's Vega. Or get a R9 Fury.

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.

Spoiler

The EVO isn't bad but there are better alternatives. The CRYORIG H7 for example is smaller, quieter, cools better and much more aesthetically pleasing than the 212 EVO. Plus, you'll have an easier time mounting it.

Will there really be noticable screen tearing on a 144hz monitor with a gtx 1070?

It'll be less noticeable at a higher FPS but there will be instances of screen tearing. FreeSync/G-Sync makes a huge impact in general which is why I'm advising to wait for Vega if you have the patience.

Yeah you're right. I'll probably wait for vega. Most probably gonna buy it unless a gtx 1070 competitor is not there.

One more question, is the cooling good? Will the system heat up too much? Cause i live in a place where summer temperatures are around 30-35 degrees celsius.
