Suggestions for budget 144hz?

I need a new monitor for my setup (currently im using a 5:4 monitor that I took from my job) and I have used a 144hz monitor before and it was beautiful. I don't know if there is a 144hz monitor at this price point, but I basically have around $150-200 to spend. 1080p resolution is fine with me and the monitor can be anything above 23". Thanks all!

I'd get an Acer XF240H, it's usually at or around $200.

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

I might actually go for this monitor because it has displayport. Thank you for your answers!
