Planning a Mid-High Range Build

I have 2 build options so far, cannot choose between the 2. Another option is an intel build, but it seems as if AMD is the way to go for the money. Anybody who can either make suggestions or help me figure out some better options for the build. 

 

 

Requirements:

No Operating System

No Peripherals Needed At the Moment

Modular- mostly modular besides the 24 pin to mobo cable (semi modular i think)

Would like an SSD to speed up the build

ATX Windowed Case (Mid Tower)

$900-$1000 price range

FX 8320 is good. I would recommend the first build though. Go with a seasonic psu and G. Skill ram

its almost 30 dollars more expensive for the same # of cores and if i want i can overclock the 8320 to 4.0.... 

FX 8350 should be the first step
