Hello, my PSU arrived and then it started acting up then it died. So I already contacted them and I shipped the PSU to them already. I have had very very very bad RMA experiences before, so I am wondering how good are they at customer support.

I thought I had some money... Oh wait... I spent it all ;(

Usual service time is about 2 weeks.

I've had a few things that EVGA helped me with and the longest I've had to wait was a month.

Ouch. I hope I can get better support then that, as that 550g2 killed other things with it, so I hope they can help me at a reasonable time.

You should see if they'll cover the other parts, if you can prove that they were killed by the PSU.

Add your question to the support ticket or call them. Be nice and cordial when you talk to them.

Ok. Got it. Thank you. I actually included in there that it killed some components along with it so I hope they can replace everything as painlessly as possible. I will keep you updated on what happens. Also, how should I talk to them, present what happened and give them evidence of such events happening?

Get details for everything that happened. Don't be mean or over-aggressive. That's about it.
