I need help!

Anyway, I am new as well. Just not to tech forums. If you edit your post, you can make the required changes to your title. Something like "Advice on new PC build". As for the location, I'm sure a passing mod will fix that.

Looks fine

 

but the Kaby Lake Pentiums have hyperthreading and are cheaper than the i3s they replaced, just need one of the newer boards

Pretty solid, only thing to consider would be getting an rx 470 and a better cpu... but its preference

around 550 but if i have to go over a bit, thats no problem. Anything really, csgo,siege,battlefield, fps etc... ssd most likley but id wait for it till i get this build together

Also ya, if you can get an RX 480 4gb at $200 then it's pretty good, but otherwise get a dual fan RX 470 potentially, maybe 10fps behind but still over 60fps at 1080p

So you want to have a SSD at 550USD and a RX480 4GB?
Can you order via Amazon, Best Buy, Newegg etc?
AAA titles (GTA V, Crysis 3, Hitman, Deus Ex: Mankind, Battlefield 1...) or not? And if yes, at what settings and what framerates?

yes and  most likely a rx 470. websites doesnt matter to me. yeah games like that. 60fps and 1080p

Build with SSD
As far as the SSD goes, it really is the best one you can get on that budget. It really is.
If you can't shoot 20 dollars over the budget just get this card instead.
Build without SSD
About the PSU, it is a bit questionable but i think for your price point it's fine. Here's a link to a JonnyGuru review (the best and most reliable PSU reviewer)
For your budget i think the RX 480 4GB is the build. The CPU will bottleneck a bit, but performance with RX 480+i3-6100 is much better than RX 470+i3-6100. Personally i'd get the RX 480 4GB and skip on the SSD and maybe upgrade when i have the cash.
