New build with custom loop!

Hello guys!

I'm planning on a new build and i tought it would be great to watercool it with a custom loop.

If anyone can do a PCPP list with what I want, that would be the best!

 

What I want: Custom loop for the CPU and both GPU (1080 SLI), an ultrawide monitor and a white themed pc.

(do not put a keyboard/mouse in the list :P)

Oh yeah and the budget for that is 5000$ CAD

Is the budget 5,000 overall or is the budget 5,000 for just the PC parts because watercooling can easily eat 1,000USD for something as large as your objective. Have you water cooled before? Jumping this far in with no experience could be catastrophic.
