Lightboost on a 165Hz?

I have the PG278QR and i was wondering how tricky it would be to test this lightboost thing people do to get more speed.

 

Have anyone here done it? How did you do it on your 120Hz/144Hz screen?

It's already a feature built in to the monitor called ULMB. Just turn it on.
