Hello guys!

So I have a 5000$ CAD budget for  new build/pc. I found on the Digital Storm website this cool curved 1440p monitor all in one pc (upgradable): http://www.digitalstorm.com/aura.asp

I want to have your opinions on wether or not it's a cool/good idea to buy this kind of computer. Personally, I would like to own one or build a computer, but as I said, I would like your opinion.

Why? A self built is such an amazing experience. Having a tower next to you where you see each component in there is such a joy. With custom RGB light too. What do you get from AIO? A monitor with components hidden there and sime strip to make it cool. You also save money on custom built too and you know the components you chose are good, not some random picked psu/ram/ssd for prebuilts.

I know it's a cool experience and feeling to build your own computer, but I found the idea of this AIO interesting.

Is it possible to modify this build into a custom loop for the CPU and both GPU but keeping the ultrawide monitor? (white themed)

Except the second 1080 is almost useless, and at that price there should be no HDD based storage in the system.

Motherboard is a total waste of money.

I'll never understand why you guys think "I have a $5,000 budget" means spend to the max. There are smarter choices.

Sorry should have mentioned pcpp doesn't like mobile

Yeah but it's  an ultrawidescreen 75hz

Mobo is defo overkill. Pcpp on mobile is bugged and can only find mobo by name. Asus IX was first come to mind.

Same goes to HDD.

You couldn't think of the 850 1TB? The most commonly recommended SSD?

Yeah it is. You know what powers it just fine with one card? The 1080. Two is a waste of money.

Why do you even want a computer?
Or do you not actually have the one you claim to?
