What are most likely going to be the best settings to use for simple recording fast-paced, high-detailed games (FPS or League of Legends for example) in 1440p @ 60 fps? Here is my current hardware and settings breakdown:

Hardware:

i7 5820k stock  3.30Ghz
EVGA 980Ti Hybrid Edition not overlocked

16GB 3200hz RAM
2560 x 1440 G-Sync/IPS monitor, max refresh of 165Hz

When I go back and look at my videos they aren't very clear but slightly blurry or pixelated. I did try moving my CPU preset to Faster but I started getting 'High CPU/Encoding' warnings or whatever they actually say. I would prefer not to downscale if I don't have to.

If you see anything else that I can change or tweak, please let me know. If you need any other information, just ask me below and I will post it.

Project Redline:

♦CPU: i7-5820k  ♦CPU Cooler: Kraken x61 ♦Mobo: MSI X99A SLI ♦RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 4x4GB 3200mhz ♦GPU: Evga 980Ti Hybrid ♦Case: NZXT H440 ♦SSD: Samsung 850EVO 500GB ♦HDD: WD BLUE 1TB 7200rpm ♦Display: 1280 x 1024

Use nvec, your gpu is much better at encoding than you cpu, and if your not streaming to twitch use a bitrate of 25,000+.

Ok i did what you said

Alot of programs have dificulty reading variable frame rate so yes, for bit rate I would recommend trying both constant and variable and seeing if there is any difference.

Also I would suggest turning you audio bitrate up to 160 or 198-ish.

Whats the difference on this audio settings, should i put it to max 320 [The more the better quailty]?

Also i dont see any difference beetween CBR / CFR or None
