There's really not enough information here to know for sure. What are the system specs, OS, and other vitals? What does "driver of long time loading" mean? It *sounds* like it just takes a long time for you to get to the desktop when you boot up but in order to help we need to at least know what OS you're working in... unless I'm overlooking something.
