If I get this case, and use two system, could I use one PSU to power the whole system? Or would I have to use two? Is there any other way to power the second motherboard with out having to use another PSU in the front of the case?

You'd have to buy a really expensive PSU in order to properly power them both. Why not just do it properly with 2 properly wattaged PSUs?

Have to use a SFX PSU on the front of the case right in front of the window, looks ugly and need extensions to get the cables right. I want to make it as clean as possible.

I suppose if you don't mind spending ~$350 to get it to work then sure.

Keep in mind you still have to run both graphics cards off the PSU, not the adapter.
