Yes it will, but from what I have read, this is a poor PSU.

What about this : Corsair VS650 Power Supply

thats a very low tier PSU as well. In my signature, you will find a PSU Tier List Thread that will take you to a thread that rates PSUs based on a number of variables. Anything from Tier 1 to 3 is what you should aim for. The higher the tier, the better it is.

All of them are Tier 6 or 7 if they are on the list.. I am going to defer to @STRMfrmXMN as he is the resident PSU expert to give you the best option.

All of them are rubbish... I don't mean to sound like a dick but how is it that you can afford to get an aftermarket GTX 1070 and yet not have enough for a decent power supply?

Give us a store and a budget and I'll try to find a power supply that's good enough.

Compromising other parts just to fit in a GTX 1070 into your budget isn't a good idea... you do realise that the power supply is one of the more important parts of a PC? If it dies, it does have the potential of taking out other parts such as the motherboard and GPU. It's not a frequent occurrence but the possibility of it happening is very much real. Just saying.

The safest choice is the Cooler Master. But it isn't great.

Yup. Warranty doesn't always reflect quality.

You really shouldn't choose any of them. You can apparently afford a top-tier GPU but can't afford a decent unit to power it. Would you buy a mansion if you couldn't afford to keep it warm during the winter?

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
