safe overclock for 4790k

Hello I have a 4790k in my rig currently and was thinking about being adventurous and trying to overclock I have a evga 500w 80 plus certified, asrock b85 mitx, 8gigs of ram and a corsair h75 in push pull config the idle temps are 24-27c and the load temps are 40-45c and if it matters I have a r9 380 4g but that will soon change to a gtx 1080 what would be a good overclock that is stable

You can overlock, but you need to flash/revert BIOS to older version.

But if you are planning to use that i7 4790k for long time, you better invest some money in Z97 motherboard. And when you also sell your b85, you will get some money back, so that upgrade shouldn't cost that much.
