Broken Windows XP 64 Update Manager?

i found an article renaming some cyptographic folder and stopping and starting the cyptographic service then WSUSoffline worked

I'm guessing it is not working because they discontinued support for XP in 2014. I guess they have already started shutting down servers.

cant be, i tried WSUSOffline it got a few updates but i got many errors.

I also got many errors with WSUSIffline when trying to update  Windows 7.  I'm not sure what's happening but..,
