This problem Freak me out !

Hello Guys. After formatting my PC i have still same problem with my memory and CPU. When im using couple of programs i think my ram and Cpu usage is too high. What do you guys think ?

Gigabyte z97 gaming 3 , i7 4790k 4.4 ghz , 2x gtx 980 , evo 850 , 2x 8 gigs of ripjaws cl 9 2133mhz

Well there is not even 1 gigs. Can you show me please your screenshot with memory usage on idle? Ill be glad ;)

3.5 GB of used ram, with chrome, razer, evga, antimalware sounds about reasonable. Nothing wrong i have similar usage.
