Video artifacts

So I kinda need some help on what causes this problem.

So i recently installed windows 10 and I noticed some wierd things.

In videos, on black / dark background where there is movement I see something like squares see this image:

I opened the video/gif on my phone, and i dont see those things.

Is it the same for you guys? is this normal? I'm loosing my mind over here, I don't remember seeing them with windows 7.

What I tried: reinstalling graphics driver Disabling hardware acceleration in browser ( I use firefox) Tried other browsers....

My pc: amd fx 6300, gtx 660 windows 10 64bit nvidia driver version is 376.33

Well I am seeing shapes on the left side of the video, those are not artifacts, but part of the video itself.

There's also two rectangular shape on the right side, but I need to crank up the brightness on my monitor to see it. Otherwise they are left unseen.

So I AM loosing my mind....

 

the thing is....I got a new fulllhd monitor (LG 22M38D-B) after my old one died (a BenQ 1600x900 monitor). And i think this one is brighter or something....and I also upgraded to windows 10..

 

and because of these 2 things the videos seem to me different, or so I think...dunno why, I just couldn't remember seeing these things so much before.

 

But anyway, thanks for confirming that you see the same thing.

 

But why I don't see it on my phone tho? a 480 x 800 resolution phone. Is it because of the resolution?

Can you try another monitor to see if it's still there? (can't check the video at work)

I don't have another one...and before I ask some friend to give me one to test, i'd like to know for sure that the problem is because of my pc/monitor...meaning none of you guys can see these things from the first 4 seconds in the link i wrote above. What I'm thinking is that it can't be because of the monitor, as it wouldn't show in a screenshot. So it must be something hardware / software related, maybe windows 10 related, as like I said I don't remember seeing these shapes in videos on dark/black parts before
 And more curious since I don't see them on my phone
