Jump to content

You should only be using ONE piece of software that probes the temp sensors in your setup. 2 if one is just for CPU and the other is just for GPU.

Some monitoring softwares explicitly state this in their settings or setup screens.

When in doubt, re-format.

which gpu do you have and which variation (assuming you have zotac i mean like zotac amp, amp extreme etc)

None of those would collide. Usually its not recommended because some software give false temp readings. I haven't personally seen this. Ever. I run Afterburner, Speedfan, OpenHardwareMonitor and occasionally HWiNFO64 and RealTemp. None has any issues. I wouldn't use two softwares to control same thing. That would definitely lead to problems. Also any software will overwrite controls set in BIOS. So if you use AI Suite to control fans, it overrides BIOS settings.
