should these be the frames im getting?

im getting constant drops playing over watch at 1360x768 on epic with a 1070

but currently my main gripe is the crashes im getting with  1080p

 

im playing both games in epic

any ideas

i have an i5 6600k and a 750w PSU

1) i cant play at 1080p bc it crashes

2) i dont have a 1440p monitor

I think you have bigger issues to worry about if you can't play the game at 1080p. Otherwise, you could try turning some settings down and see if that even helps.

if you are talking about MHz for my memory its at 3500 mhz its the crucial balistix 2x4 Gb kit

Dude I think you either have a defective GPU or your game is corrupted. What other games do you play?

just played a round of Rocket league at the highest settings 1080p

zilch

everything ran like a  butter smoothie being chased by dogs

i had max render scale could that be the issue (overwatch 200% render scale)

Uh yeah. You're essentially rendering that game twice four times without any visual enhancement.

I did my math wrong. You were essentially running it at 4k resolution, not double.
