Buget pc, need help

Hello i am looking to build a new pc. I plan to use it mostly for gaming (league of legends, witcher, CS:GO, dark souls, owerwatch) maybe some  programming but i am not sure.I am thinking about someting like this https://pcpartpicker.com/list/sgwrpb I plan on using 1 monitor (1650 x 1050) does this make sense?

Also I would like to find out what PSU should I use. MY budget is about 450e-600e

Get a GTX 1050Ti 4GB instead as it is much better than the RX 460.

I play on 1680x1050 and its fine. I see no problem
