No, adobe reader files take long to download, thats part of the problem.

My PC Currently Is The P2-1320a.

Choose "Open with Another Program" and navigate to the directory where the 7-Zip exe file is located, not the shortcut, and click on that.

Moved to Programs, Apps and Websites.

 

It will take the same amount of time to download the file regardless of which program it opens in once it has finished downloading, since the download is handled by Chrome in all cases.
