Microsoft Support In a Nutshell

Boy if you thought 2016 was a bad year, 2017 is already off to one of the worst starts I can think of. From a software company such as Microsoft none the less. Where do I even begin.

Yeah, Microsoft support is really bad. You are more likely to solve your problem yourself than them

To be fair, it's true. 

 

Especially if you did an online upgrade from a previous version of Windows it gets hard to figure out exactly what went wrong.

it mostly likely is if its a severe issue. if can be faulty programing too but the mostl likely answer would be a hardware problem

It's not that stupid of a statement; though that's not to say their support isn't bad.

They won't admit when the issue is on their end, rather they blame it on the hardware. That's pretty bad.
