new gaming build..critique please

trying to build a fast gaming build , running 1 monitor 1080+ and future 4k gaming (planning on getting a 4k monitor in the future):

 

 

case: 350d corsair

mobo: maximus VI gene

cpu: i7 4770k

cpu cooler: h100i corsair

ram: g.skill 1600 ddr3 (2x4) 8 gig ram

gpu: 2x gtx780 SLI

psu: seasonic g series 650watt

ssd: (boot drive with applications/games) samsung 840 evo 250gig

hd: WD 1T green

 

how is this build looking, any place where i can swap to get better performance for dollar?

Um, no. 780s will perform better, but get 2 non reference 290x' in Crossfire. 850w, and get a Baracuda instead of a WD Green

For 4K, the 280x's aren't going to cut it. You'll want 290x's or 780's.

 

No point in the i7. An i5 will game just as well as the i7.

290x is better for higher res than 780's.

Maximus gene is quite expensive and there are cheaper alternatives.

 

Where are you shopping/located? Budget?
