144fps Cpu?

Is there a cpu that can play all games at 144 fps right now? Obviously maxed out.

 

And can i find one for under 500 euro motherboard and 16 gigs of ram included?

Depends on the gpu used with it + Some games you're not gonna run at > 75 fps at full quality ever. Eg: Arma 3

That mainly depends on what graphics card and resolution you will play. But with i7 6700k you have best chance with it to not cause bottleneck in most likely "all" (few exceptions) games at those FPS.

Depends on gpu and resolution. i5 6600k overclocked can do it
