Yes, but personally i would advise you not to get into youtube, it is almost impossible without a shoutout

But if you are doing it for fun i will not put you off :)

Seems like you'll need a bit higher bit-rate, and preferably encode with VBR if you aren't already. that'll ensure you get some more details while moving but still maintaining a comfortable file size. That'll probably solve the massive tearing you get in your video while running.

I'm afraid that's very different depending on the footage, but you might want to try bumping it up by maybe 20-25% for this particular clip and see if it makes it any better, otherwise it might not be worth the extra file size and it could possibly just be better to leave it at the current settings if that's the case.

 

Trial and error is key to finding out what settings work best for your footage and renderer.  ^_^
