1070 drivers won't run

Well, I already made one of these but this is a follow up.  So, I got a new zotac mini gtx 1070 and hooked it up to my system.  U went to boot and nothing was displayed on screen, so I plugged into my mobile and it worked. I hit delete and went to bios to see if I could make the gpu run always, I couldn't find anything (my mobile is a ASUS B150M-A/M.2 LGA 1151 Intel B150 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX) so I booted into my account and went to nvidia to look for drivers.  I download the latest drivers for my card and went to the setup genie but the genie didn't run because my card wasn't recognized (I think because I have to have my monitor plugged into my mobo and can't plug into my gpu because it won't display anything). At this point I don't know what to do.

First you want to remove your current drives from your old gpu.

- Reinstall your old gpu

- Download Display Driver Uninstaller [DDU]

- Run DDU in the main screen you will see options for boot, select safe mode.

- When asked to reboot reboot.

- once rebooted click clean and shutdown

- Remove your old gpu and install the new gpu

- IMMEDIATELY install the driver you downloaded earlier. (Don't give Windows times to install an old driver.)
