what should i upgrade

Hello, Everytime i play gta 5, my memory goes 99% and game hardly plays 40fps? idk whats the problem

So i dont know what is the problem on my computer specs and what should i upgrade to get the game working properly.

and if u want to recommend new specs budjet 300e

I agree, You should get another 8gb of ram and a better gpu,somthing like a 1050ti or 1060 would be a huge upgrade without breaking the bank,the rest of your system looks fairly solid
