HDD Randomly Disconnects

My 3tb Seagate hdd randomly disconnects from "This PC". I partitioned it into 3 different drives and usually
all three become undetected. Recently only one has become undetected. I don't believe that I do much to screw up my drives like this.
To troubleshoot this, I usually disconnected my drive from the psu and plugged it back in. That would work just fine every time I
had a drive issue. Now it won't fix my 3rd drive at all. I'm worried that it might just be dying or I'm just dumb.
I also used the Seagate software to unlock the hidden storage space.

I also use windows 10.
This is all the info I can give honestly. Everything else is up to smart people. <3

I don't really know anything about this, but you should only be disconnecting your drive if your computer is off, and power to the PSU is switched off, or you run the risk of frying your drive, and corrupting it, or ruining it forever.
