Get storage off phone?

So my sister has an old s3 and it doesn't boot up (Samsung logo appears but doesn't go past that, don't want a solution as i concluded the only thing is to flash a ROM onto it) but my main question is can we get all of her old videos/photos onto the computer? Looking at storage when plugged into PC does nothing (atleast I think) but how would I go about doing this because she doesn't wanna lose any of it, I've been on and off trying for the past few months but never thought about posting a topic here.

If it doesn't boot up AT ALL, and you can't find a way to get the data off of it transferring to another device (and the data isn't on an SD card), I think you're pretty much stuck.

Sig under construction.

You can try EaseUS. I used it with an old LG Optimus and was able to get some videos off of it.
No guarantee but it's worth a shot.
