battlefield 4 freezing on load screen

I have Battlefield 4 on my recently built pc. I have a pentium g4400 (soon to be upgraded to an i3 or i5) and a rog rx 460. Whenever i try to load my saved game it just spazzes out on the loading screen. ive tried re-downloading it twice. ive even waited a couple weeks in hopes it is just an update glitch. Any help in tweaking anything to fix would be very helpful.
