What is this connector?

There is this this connector in the S340 elite which I am building in which both of the fans are connected to. I don't know where it goes or what cables connect to it to connect to the system fans. I have an msi z170 gaming m5 if you're wondering and this is my first build.

Pretty sure it's a Molex iirc from when mine came. 

 

Try posting a picture though.

Yeah it's Molex, plugs straight into a Molex connector from your psu,  not the best way to have the fans powered as it means you can't control their speed.

I don't know where to plug this into now. Does it go into the power supply, mobo or something?

Ive had a look around and I can't see anything cables or leads that let it go into the power supply? Is there A molex to 6 pin I need because it did not come with anything I've bought.

First of all, thats built-in fan controller/hub. You can connect fans directly to mobo and not use that. Secondly, your PSU might not have molex connector by default. The newer PSUs and everything that used to be molex uses SATA now. If you PSU don't have molex connectors, you need to get SATA to molex adapter.
