Physical difference between cloud II and core?

Just wondering if there is any actual difference between the Cloud II and the Core, from the specs and look of the headphones they look 100% identical or am i wrong? The core is currently 47$ and the II's are 90$. If the only difference is the accessories then im just gonna go for the core, i really dont need the horrible 7.1 soundcards etc. I would probably change the pads on the core to velour, but im sure i can find a pair of velour earpads for the 40$ you save.

Actually thought about getting the DT770 at first, but im not sure if they are worth the 140$ price tag vs the 47$ for the core
