It's cutting it short. But it should work. It depends on whether or not the PSU is capable of the full 400W on the same 12V rail. (or at the very least, more than 300W) And on how old the PSU is, as they degrade over time.

You should always aim to have a bit of head room and that PC could probably easily reach 350+W on full load. Which is unrealistic, as that can never happen outside of a stress test, so the actual "real world" consumption while gaming will probably be under 300W.

Can you send me the full specs of the system. The calculations I made show the system consuming aprox 320 watts just under the 400w mark. I recommend getting a 600 or 550w PSU just in case (if you want to upgrade to a more watt consuming hardware in the future)
