Help uninstall Malwarebytes?

my malwarebytes is acting weird, i can't open it up when i want to and i cant uninstall it. it just gives me the message "c:/program files/malwarebytes/antimalware/unins000.dat" can't be opened and therefore not uninstalled. Help?

Can you right click the parent folder of malwarebytes and select properties, then check security settings to ensure you have access or full control to it?

i do have full access, at least it says so..
