Power-supply Confusion,help!

My old Coolermaster GX550w is dead so , need a new psu.

my specs:

intel i5 3470

G.Skill Sinpler 4x2GB DDR3

2 1 tb HDD and 1 256GB SSD

Asus Strix GTX 970 Gpu

Asus h77 mobo

4 120mm fans, case lighting

 

Gonna buy a 500w psu but which one? Coolermaster V550 and V550s seems good but which one is better? saw techpowerup review and v550 had high inrush current and low holdup time while v550s had better results but on other forums, saw V550 as tier 1 psu and V550s as tier 2 psu. And the 1st version of V550s was by seasonic, the newer ones r from enhanced, v550 also from enhanced or should i go for other psus? like seasonic m12ii 520 evo? (ps: evga, antec, xfx r not available in my country)

I would recommend checking out JonnyGuru for PSU reviews.  Cooler Master Vanguard series is rated favorably by them generally.

The Cooler Master units you mentioned are both better than the M12, but any of those three would work fine for your system.
