for the past 3 weeks my computer act so weird. When i played high load games such as (GTA5, The forest, Cities Skyline, R6S) in 1-10 minutes it suddenly restart itself without any warning at all, just suddenly while i played then it restarted no warning no anything like power shortage.I even barely cant stress test my computer because after a few second it restart itself. My gpu is at normal temperature while playing games 70-73c , it isnt because overheating, all of my drivers are all updated. I think my psu is a problem.... please help me i really confused about this problem,

my rig :

i5 6600

msi b150m night elf

avexir (2x4gb) ddr4

msi gtx 970

corsair vs550 psu

HDD seagate barracuda 1 tb 7200 rpm

Have you checked your cpu temps because that could also be the problem?

No it isnt my cpu temps at 40-50 at idle 80-85 at max load

Well 85°C is hot for locked chip mate.

It's not the reason why your PC is turning off on it's own, but 85°C is not okay temperature for i5 6600 (non K version) while gmaing.

You can snag a psu tester on Amazon. Grab a decent one ($35 or so). Trust me, it does wonders with testing out the power supplies. It just saved me major headaches, as my corsair hx850 just started dying on me after 6 years if heavy use.
