barebones build for a server

I wouldn't really call this a barebones pc, but im going to replace the cpu with a X5355, and id love to have input on if this is even a good idea, or if it'll even work.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/291970196721 - pc

http://www.ebay.com/itm/172436648120 - cpu

http://www.ebay.com/itm/252532223340 - conversion kit (not sure if it'll work but i'll do some more research into this)

im planning to use this as an ARK server (and any other game server my friends want me to create), a small NAS which will probably only be written on once or twice a month. Im planning to have it on 12 hours a day (probably a bad idea) but hey, why not.

It'd be fine, as long as the mobo of the HP supports it. I might add that I hate that case design. The power supply will come out, but take 15 minutes to get back in. No exaggeration. And cable management is next to none, is you are going to have two hard drives.

Main System: Phobos

AMD Ryzen 7 2700 (8C/16T), ASRock B450 Steel Legend, 16GB G.SKILL Aegis DDR4 3000MHz, AMD Radeon RX 570 4GB (XFX), 960GB Crucial M500, 2TB Seagate BarraCuda, Windows 10 Pro for Workstations/macOS Catalina

Secondary System: York

Intel Core i7-2600 (4C/8T), ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3, 16GB GEIL Enhance Corsa DDR3 1600MHz, Zotac GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1GB, 240GB ADATA Ultimate SU650, Windows 10 Pro for Workstations

Older File Server: Yet to be named

Intel Pentium 4 HT (1C/2T), Intel D865GBF, 3GB DDR 400MHz, ATI Radeon HD 4650 1GB (HIS), 80GB WD Caviar, 320GB Hitachi Deskstar, Windows XP Pro SP3, Windows Server 2003 R2
