I'm Looking to build my first PC for the tower itself I want something as small (thin and tall is better than boxy) as possible nothing that would draw attention to itself. I plan on running two monitors (gaming/auxiliary). I've never been concerned with maxing out graphical settings, but my current computer (4 yr old laptop) crumbles during intense moments when running League of Legends in low quality with sound disabled. I don't plan on using a lot of storage because I'm not one fear re downloading things and I don't store anything I wouldn't mind deleting in a years time. Id like to keep my budget under $1,000 USD with the purchase of the two monitors included. But I'm a firm believer I can easily get what i want for 800-900

A lot of these parts seem to be on the "bang for the buck" list in other budget builds and I'm not confident in my Graphics Card and Processor choices as it feels arguable I could go for a better processor (6400) and perhaps a worse graphics card(???). and am even considering skimping out a bit on the SSD and dropping it to a ~100gb version.

The Case seems to be tried and true, I'm not particularly happy with the form factor but it seems like it might not be possible to get the thinness I want because of the way gpus slot into mobos.

When it comes to monitors I really don't know what to do, Initially they'll need to be set up in a rather tight space where 2x23" monitors will not fit well (I won't be able to get a good measurement for about another week) When it goes down to IPS refresh rate LED other similar specs I'm inclined to say I don't care but really I've never experienced it. I would like included speakers though. As for a two monitor setup I don't know how tasking on my heart it would be to have a larger monitor for my primary viewing screen then a smaller one for my auxiliary screen.

Id try spend a bit more on 1060 3gb or better 480 4gb. 470 is not bang for the buck when a 480 or 1060 is clearly better and for 20-30 dolalrs more

i don't know about that psu would be enough for you. maybe @STRMfrmXMN can tell?

PSU is fine for any of those GPUs and a 470 is actually pretty OK value for money.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
