criticism needed

Hi, im planning on building a gaming pc for a 1080p monitor my budget is about £1100.

Why not Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO?

And no idea what the brand of GPU is, but it is only my view

I would try for a bigger ssd 120 isn't that large. Windows with no updates is around 16Gb add updates and games some of which are up and over 50Gb you could be running out of space rather quickly.

You could get a much higher capacity ssd for a similiar price and for 1080p gaming I would recommend a 1060 6gb as 1070 and upwards are more 4K oriented and with the 1060 you still get vr and a ultra settings for 1080p the rest will make a very good pc

 

but that is just my opinion

128 is okay, it really comes down to who is using it.

Fair point although the 1060 compared to a lot of higher end Gpus are not that expensive so can be easily upgraded in the future.

I would say that the amount of Storage you have is OK, not great but it gets the job done, i have the exact same amount and this is what ive used so far after 3 years and i also do Video Production which fills up heaps of the storage! the ssd is almost full but the HDD has more then enough room.

TBH it depends on what you are using the storage for but if you can use your hdd more then you are ok

I have all my Production stuff and games and also most programs on the HDD and i have random crap on the SSD and the OS

Im thinking of having the os, bf1 and overwatch on it maybe just overwatch because its the only game a really play regularly

No need, i have BF1 on the HDD and nothing is affected at all.

Most likely it will just be the os then.

I am so excited to play bf1 at more than 25 fps
