Installed fresh windows 10 onto this computer, installed the graphics drivers from amd's website and after rebooting the system it won't boot, I threw the GPU into a known working computer, installed the graphics drivers and get the same result. What now?

GPU - Radeon HD7870

RAM - 2x8Gb mushkin

PSU - Seasonic SS-620GB

HDD - Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 500GB
