For 900 I really wouldn't bother with a 1070, especially if you're upgrading to a 1080. Also, I assume this is being used solely for gaming? And do you need Windows?

no windows your saying my budgets too low wow if it is i love pc master race but wow im just gonna get a ps pro and ps vr

A modern i5 will do well up to around 80-90 fps. If you are trying to hit higher fps in demanding games, you will want a 6700K and fast memory which I don't see a way that you can get at this budget.

I'm not. I'm saying your budget is too low to comfortably fit a 1070. And a 1060 is still gonna do a hell lot better than a PS Pro as far as settings go.

well it cant do 4k and i know ps pro does a fake 4k but i mean im getting vr too i mean its not a quite too sappy deal btw i did have a base ps and had gta on both pc and console didnt care for 30 fps so i do fine i just dont want to get a meh build cause i can wait a few more years until the gtx 1080ti comes out
