Game issue

I bought a copy of gears of war 4 for the xbox 1 (physical copy) and i thought you got it for pc aswell. I installed it and even played it on xb1 and checked the store on my rig and it still says it wasn't there any ideas

Isn't that only if you buy the digital copy?

it was if it was just a reason to use xbox one other than netflix
