please help I'm building a new computer in march around tax refund time and i want to have the best PC for around $1500

this is what Ive chosen i would prefer to stay with in these brands no amd cpus, amd gpus are fine if one is shown to be better than this list.

What is the build going to be used for? The PSU is overkill. Also where is the case and CPU cooler? I would also get a better SSD.

I was giving some guidelines with parts I thought about using I just want a good pc around $1500 less  if possible
