Oh man this is the time of year stores everywhere get rid of their shit. Canada or the USA, the entire world.

Which reminds me I need to hit up the tool store, I found some great sockets for $10 they are 80% off.

Boxing day sales are a big thing in Australia as well, but then again the other other 'big sales' we have are end of financial year (tax and liquidation) and Christmas.

 

For tech and pc parts though, there aren't really ever sales. The direct to public whole sales places like msy,scorptec, etc have the same prices regularly that the big brick and mortar places have when on sale.

 

Now for replacing some furnishings in my house, boxing day has some deals...

Yeah because they get rid of 2016 old stock and get in new 2017 fresh stock. Like a vehicle dealer.
