Which is the best cooler to overclock with?

Ok, so I now finally want to buy a proper CPU cooler so that I can overclock my CPU which is an AMD Athlon 860K black edition. I can easily get it up to 4.2GHz on stock cooler and perhaps I can push it for even more performance by obviously using a different cooler. I found these three on eBay as most online PC hardware stores are generally quite expensive and I only want to spend anything up to £20 but generally keep it lower than that if possible. Here are the coolers:

1. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Pure-Copper-Four-heat-pipe-three-fan-CPU-Cooler-Heatsink-for-AMD-FM2-FM1-UR-/371652704319?hash=item56883a383f:g:0DQAAOSwQupXW2CF

2. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DeepCool-Dual-Fan-CPU-Quiet-Cooler-Heatsink-For-Intel-LGA1150-1156-AMD-FM2-AM3-/262720526922?hash=item3d2b5d1a4a:g:kXQAAOSwcUBYK2Jt

3. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fan-CPU-Quiet-Cooler-Heatsink-Four-Heat-Pipe-For-Intel-LGA775-Core-i7-AMD-FM2-AM-/142129774415?hash=item2117983f4f:g:9gUAAOSwzaJX6RAm

Personally, I like the third one more out of them all however it is not blue and my PC has a blue theme.

I also found some decent coolers on scan for slightly higher prices:

1. https://www.scan.co.uk/products/be-quiet!-pure-rock-slim-single-tower-cpu-cooler-3x6mm-copper-heatpipes-1x92mm-silence-optimised-fan

2. https://www.scan.co.uk/shop/computer-hardware/cooling-air/multi-cpu-coolers-(active-fan-s)

^^^anything before number 1's link will do from number 2's links price wise ifthat makes any sense?

Basically, which cooler am I going to get best price to performance ratio? I like option 3 from the first set of coolers and I also like the BeQuiet! cooler in the second set of coolers mainly because they are larger than the others but I also want to pay the least I can to get away with the temps and overclocking. At least I know the BeQuiet! is a safe bet because it is higher priced.

Please help me here, thanks Brennan Price.

Ah, that sucks. I know that feeling all too well. I'd say maybe go with a 212 Evo then. Used it on my friend's rig, keeps it nice and cool.
