Not sure if this will help but have you install any form of DirectX yet? For example, installing csgo will install DirectX automatically because it needs it to run.

Oh yeah, totally forgot about that. Windows Update has you covered with Direct X. Not sure what to tell you besides manually going into your File Explorer and finding where Unigine is located and deleting everything and uninstall then reinstalling. If this persists, I would do a system restore and if that doesn't work, you'll have to reinstall Windows if you really want Unigine.
