Hello, I recently got a RX 480 for christmas. After using it in counter strike, tomb raider, and various games it worked very good. Although, when I went into minecraft, I got horrible frame rates (30-50FPS). I don't play minecraft, although I work as a java developer, so it is crucial for debugging. The RX 480 variant I have is the "MSI Armor 4G". Hopefully someone has an idea as to why this is happening.

Minecraft is clearly a more graphically intensive game than the other 2 games XD. But on a serious note it could be the game has a bug. Have you tried reinstalling the game?

Did you uninstall the old drivers using DDU? if you did try an older version of the driver, the one before the latest to start with. Also when using DDU, make sure to use the safe mode option and don't let windows install the display drivers before you do. Good Luck.
