Whats Wrong With My Hands When Using Electronics?

this may seem like a strange questions but this is really annoying me badly. ok so ive had this for a while i know some will say its sweat but well if it is its seriously worse than normal. basically if im rather holding something i know that i dont want to get wet damaged or something important lets  say its always if im holding my phone , having my hand on my pc mouse , hand on keyboard you see anything i rather dont want to get wet or electronic and all my hand does it instantly like im talking as soon as i touch my mouse or hold my phone my hands just idk its hard to  explain they just water comes out of them and i wipe it instant as  i touch it again or hold it it instantly comes out with water on my finger tips only too. if im doing soothing whats not related so if im out in public not on electronics its fine never do it if im holding anything BUT electronics i mean wtf is this its acully annoying as im a bit obsessed of things idk breaking so i hate getting a drop of wetness son stuff and its so annoying using a pc or on my phone i mean if anyone else had this they wouldnt say it is sweating its just instant water comes out my fingertips god there is no way to get rid too i washed them ive put powder i just dont get why it does it ONLY to electronics idk anyone know wat this is ?
